I sent an email on what I needed and what problem was. I explained it in the email and even gave them my gate model number. They responded back with the product I should buy. So I did. Wrong part. I called and told them it was the wrong part. They said they would refund me the money but I needed to pay for the cost to return because the product was clearly stated on the email. That’s great, but I asked for their help. If I knew what I needed I wouldn’t need them. So I asked for the woman who helped me a few days earlier with the order and I was told she was let go because made too many mistakes. Yet I had to pay the $47 to return their mistake? Simply put, their customer service is poor at best. I would not use them ever.
