First, I am so sorry you consumers were so badly treated by a company that should be investigated by the state of Minnesota. I purchased a One World fashion top but quite frankly, I am afraid to wash it. It was much more flimsy and cheap looking than as shown on TV. Another thing I want to mention is that I am distracted by the out of breath hosts and vendors on Evine. I watch from time to time but am too afraid to purchase anything, I believe in Buyer Beware and after the top fiasco, that is my motto. These hosts gasp for air because they are made to speak so fast (more money.) Kimberly Wells is certainly at the top: she must suffer from either COPD or Asthma and struggles to draw loud breaths. Funny, I don't see this on HSN or QVC or for that manner, anywhere else on television. I don't think the network cares about this, as long as they make lots of money. Anything I ever purchased from Macy's online and sent back, has been a satisfactory transaction. These days I stick to the online stores who offer more rewards, and stay away from shopping channels, although I must say I used to shop ShopNBC for jewelry a long time ago, and after being appraised, the items were always worth more than what paid.
