Avoid the Garbonzo’s Pizza in Middleton! This is not the first time we’ve received poor service and food from Garbonzo’s, but it will certainly be the last. We gave it a second try today because we thought that maybe we caught them on a bad day the first time. Nope! We went to the counter to order and all the employees literally scattered to the back and tried to look busy. We heard them laughing! No one came to take our order! The restaurant part didn’t even have anyone in it! After standing there like an idiot for almost 10 MINUTES, my wife called out HELLO HELLO and a gruff old lady came to the counter and asked what we wanted. She knew we’d been waiting. I guess they thought we’d just leave. When the pizza was ready a tall skinny blonde haired girl brought it out to us and left in a huff when we said it was supposed to be to go! Also, we were supposed to get a meat pizza and wound up with chicken on it instead! It had nonexistent cheese, toppings, and almost no sauce! I’d have to say RUDE employees and tasteless pizza with little to no toppings/wrong toppings is the norm at the Middleton Garbonzo’s pizza. Save yourself from a bad experience and just go to Costco. They have a pretty good 18” pizza for ten bucks and their service is faster and friendlier! If you want something closer, Poppi’s take and bake in Middleton is fairly priced and much more tastier! They also have much better customer service and they don’t get your order wrong.
