I contacted Makemechic and demanded a full refund because I was not satisfied with the quality of my dress. It looked terrible, absolutely nothing like pictures and was made from very cheap thin fabric. Makemechic rep called me a liar and argued with me and claimed that they stand behind their products and so on. I told them that I have all the proofs, that I can take pictures, but they said that they don't need pictures because they knew how did my dress look like. I am so angry and disappointed. There is no way to get a refund!! Please do not buy from them, their items look nothing like pictures on their site!
