I hired Closets by Design to overhaul my garage. The cabinets are beautiful but it has taken three different attempts to get the correct cabinet doors on. Flooring sold to me was suppose to be the best quality for a garage floor here in the desert. It is not even close to be average quality. The flooring installed is curling up and coming apart. Already had one accident where I caught my foot on the loose and curled up piece and fell to the cement injuring my hand and shoulder. Their response is that it is not their problem. Spoke with Mike several times regarding the problem and when his workman arrived, he basically told him(via speakerphone) that the company was not going to remove the inferior product and that it was not their problem but mine. They would not remove it or replace it. This flooring has only been down for three weeks. Once they install and get their money, if it all falls apart, so be it. It is the consumer's problem and not theirs. They do not stand behind the products they sell.
