Ganley Auto Dealerships – Sales Representative Review

Test drive a Subaru, called back after consideration and told them we were on our way out to buy the car "Cash". 20 minute drive out to the dealership when we got there they said it was being test driven. It had just left the lot 5 min. prior to our arrival. Of course the people that drove it wanted to buy it and we were S.O.L I personally don't care, I'd never go there anyways but it was my elderly mother buying the car. Poorest business practice I've ever seen not to memtion the sales manager was a total tool about it and could care less of the fact a call was made, and confirmed by the sales person, to hold the vehicle. I will make it my life's goal to let everyone know what a piece of *** dealership it is. If that's the way they do business then they can keep it.
