Gamezen, a Korean company refuses to respond to e-mails

First, Gamezen technical support refuses to respond to e-mails regarding my "disabled" game account. I have e-mailed them several times an not once received a response as to why my account was locked. I believe that since they are a Korean company they will only respond to inquiries from their countrymen. Second, they allow players to cheat and again, they do absolutely nothing about it. I have e-mailed them on numerous occasions about these "alleged" cheaters and as usual no response. Third, they willingly take my money to play the game but will not respond to any inquiries. These issues are not just with me and my account. It is with others as well. The only thing to do is to stop spending money on their games.
