Game not executable

I have purchased Minecraft a while ago, I tried to open it recently but I had to re-purchase Minecraft even though I already paid for it. It also didn't give a refund from the last time I purchased it, can I please have a refund or a version of the Minecraft Java Edition. If you need proof, email me.
