game error (connection errors)

So, a few weeks ago I was having issues accessing my covet account because I kept getting an email about a confirmation code or something. I messaged Covet about it and they said to uninstall the app and then reinstall it again. I did that and it worked for one night! Then the next day until today it keeps saying that I have connection errors. I've tried messaging Covet multiple times explaining my issues. I havent even gotten a response from them. I've tried checking my connection from my settings but everything is good on my end. I'm not sure what to do anymore. I've been able to play the game before I had these issues literally anywhere I went. But now anywhere I go it doesn't work AT ALL. I really need to figure this out. I've been unable to play my game for a few weeks now. And I'm a head of house which isn't very convenient.
