Thank you for taking the time to review my complaint. On May 1st I visited Dave & Busters - Milpitas around 11 pm. I understand that I should have been more mindful of my game swipes since it was very close to closing. I swiped 4 times and was able to play 2 games. I lost 2 game swipes. Also, I wasn't able to redeem my tickets for the 2 plays I got in. Additionally, this particular machine that was open-to-play had a token stuck on the right hand slot.
