Game cancelled…NO REFUND???

Yankees v Cubs tickets were a Christmas gift for Son and family. Covid 19 required game cancelled. So now I have a piece of paper that says I can buy $507.50 worth of tickets. I WANT A REFUND!!!!!!!! Discover denied by dispute even though this scam company lied to them about 1. they sent the tickets and 2. the game will be rescheduled. I am cancelling the Discover card and I guess try a complaint with some agency. User's recommendation: DO NOT EVER EVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS CO!!!!!!
