I bout a cell phone from T-Mobile a few months ago. The battery stopped holding a charge so I called t-mobile. They said I had a 90 day warranty. I found a book with my phone that states that I have a 1 year warranty through Futurewei Technologies of Plano Texas. I called this company and they said that they could not honor that warranty because they do not have a warehouse in the US to keep or supply batteries that T-Mobile houses their batteries. So I called T-Mobile back and they said they would send me a free battery... but it would cost me for shipping and handling....as a curtousy. So I have a warranty that the manufacturer wont honor. I believe this is illegal and and am moving onto attorney general.
