FUTURE FORD ROSEVILLE CA GO ELSEWHERE!

I PAID CASH FOR A CAR UNDER WHAT IS KNOWN AS THE X PLAN. I TRADED MY CAR IN, THE VERY NEXT DAY DUE TO A LAW SUITE I AM IN WITH SAID CAR I WANTED IT BACK. AFTER CALLING THE DEALERSHIP ALL WEEKEND I FINALLY GOT A MEEITING WITH THE GM WHO TOLD ME "WE DID NOT MAKE ANY MONEY OFF OF YOU WE LIKE THE DEAL THE WAY IT IS" WE GET THE X PLAN DUE TO MY SPOUSE BEING A 100% DISABLED VET WHO HAS BEEN GIVEN 3 YRS. WHO STATES THAT TO A PERSON? I DID NOT WANT TO TAKE THE FORD BACK I ONLY WANTED TO TRADE IN BACK. HOWEVER, IN THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT, THEY WITHHELD VITAL INFORAMATION, IF THERE WERE ANY ETHICS I WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO WALK INTO THE DEALERSHIP THE NEXT DAY SAID I CHANGED MY MIND AND THEN BOUGHT ON THE X PLAN AGAIN. THEN I FIND OUT TALKING WITH CORPORATE THAT THE FINANCE GUY ACTUALLY SLIPPED IN AN ITEM ETCH PLAN. I PAID 200.00 IN CASE MY DOOR GETS STOLEN AND I WOULD GET 250.00! WHY WOULD I DO THAT WHEN I HAVE FULL COVERAGE? HOW WAS IT SLIPPED IN? THE FINANCE MANAGER WAS TO CALL ME BACK. NEVER HAPPENED. THE REGIONAL MANGAGER WAS TO CALL ME BACK, NEVER HAPPENED. THE SALES PERSON WAS TO CALL ME BACK; HE WAITED 3 DAYS PROBABLY THINKING I SIGNED THE FORM INSTEAD OF SIGNING MY RIGHTS AWAY. THESE CONTRACTS ARE LARGE, WE ALL SKIM CONTRACTS, BULLET POINTS. NEVERTHELESS, WE DO NOT SKIP THE IMPORTANT ITEMS OR SLIP AN ITEM IN. I AM EXTREMLY OUTRAGED BY WHAT THE GM STATED REGARDING A VETERAN WHOM IS DYING FOR HIS COUNTRY. I WILL TELL YOU DO NOT EVER GO THERE; THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK FOR ANY REASON AT ALL. EVEN CORPORATE WILL NOT HELP, AS EACH DEALERSHIP ARE INDIVIDUALLY OWNED, WHICH IS COMMON KNOWLEDGE, BUT THEY ARE STILL REPRESENTING FORD MOTOR CO. I AM ASHAMED TO BE A SHAREHOLDER! IF THIS IS, HOW FORD MOTOR WANTS TO BE PERSCEIVED THAT IS THEIR BUSINESS? THEN THAT IS UP TO THEM. EVERY VETERAN OUT THERE I URGE YOU TO BE OUTRAGED AT THE TREATMENT THAT FUTURE FORD AND LINCOLN IN ROSEVILLE CA HAS TREATED A VETERAN OR EVEN A PERSON IN GENERAL. THEY TALK A BIG GAME HOW THEY HAVE CHANGED THE WAY PEOPLE PERCEIVE CAR DEALERSHIPS AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED. THEY THROW THEIR HANDS IN THE AIR, AND THEY DO NOT KNOW YOU ANY LONGER AFTER YOU SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE. SPEND THE 3 EXTRA HOURS TO READ EVERY SINGLE LINE. DO NOT LET THEM SKIM THE CONTRACT BECAUSE YOU WILL BE SCAMMED AFTER THEY SKIM. I AM IRRATE AT THIS POINT. CORPORATE REFUSES TO ASSIT. THE GM ACTUALLY TOLD THEY WOULD NOT SPEAK TO ME ANY LONGER. WELL ALL I CAN DO NOW IS FILE A COMPLAINT EVERYWHERE I CAN POSSIBLY THINK OF SO NO OTHERS ARE SCAMMED OUT OF THE MONEY "THEY WON'T MAKE OFF OF YOU", PER THE GENERAL MANAGER. GO TO ANY OTHER FORD IF YOU WANT A FORD. ME? I WILL NEVER BUY A FORD AGAIN. BACK TO CHEVY. NEVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM. ACTUALLY, I HAVE BOUGHT ALL OF MY VEHICLES AT JOHN L. SULLIVAN, AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM EVER. NEVER LIED TO, NEVER SCAMMED AND NEVER TOLD A DYING PERSON/VETERAN OF THE UNITED STATES ARMY "WE DID NOT MAKE ANY MONEY OFF OF YOU WE LIKE THE WAY THE DEAL IS", THERE IS SO MUCH MORE TO THIS HORRIBLE SITUATION, MY HUSBAND PAID FOR THIS CAR FOR ME FOR MY FUTURE SO HE WOULD HAVE PEACE OF MIND I WOULD BE WITH A CAR. BLESS HIM. NOW I WILL PLACE COMPLAINT WITH EVERYONE I CAN THINK OF INCLUDING VETERANS ADVANTAGE, VETERANS.COM, MY CREDIT CARD, MAYBE THEY CAN HELP I DOUBT IT THOUGH. SO THEY WIN. AND SCREWED OVER A VETERAN! WOW. WAY TO GO FUTURE FORD AT THE AUTOMALL.
