My name is Roderick Kiner I would like to file a complaint against any and all future billing against me. I Donot wish to be charged that $3.99 monthly substriction. Reference account number [protected]. I have advise my bank to Not honor any request for coast dental for payments on a monthly charge. Should you have any question I can be reached @[protected].
