We had a 5-pane; bay window put in by Castle "the Window people" from Newington, CT. several years ago, with a lifetime warranty! They have been back to check out leaks several times. I called them right around the time of the COVID-19 stay home order, and left a message with their answering service about a leak. I called them today...same Castle "the Window people", same phone number, same greeting: We're the Window people"; same address, and was asked if it was xxx (my) address. I was then told that another Castle window installed our window, not them. I have never heard such blatant nonsense...same name, same phone number, same greeting, and they deny they put our window in. They are liars, pure and simple, and we shall see our lawyer about this.
