A guy called me and said he was responding to my complaint. Called my wife morbidly obese. Said her fat *** cheeks was the problem. Quote unquote. He continually tried to interest me in weight loss brochures. When he spoke of my wife's butt, I lost it, cussed him out, and hung up. I went to the store where I bought it and complained. He said he would have someone come look at the chair. Nice people, but they haven't been here yet. I'm leaving for the winter tomorrow am. I will follow up on their visit today.
