The theater seats and couch in our 2015 Montana are crumbling, cracking and tearing. We have not stayed over 40 nights in the RV. Dealer service tech just laughed and said he is surprised that it lasted 3 years. Of course Lippert won't even talk to us about it. Makes us sick at our stomachs that we have come to this point in quality and service in our country. I will be warning any or our friends and/or acquaintances to beware of the fake leather furniture in any RV's when shopping. By the way, in the model brochures, the furniture is noted to be leather. What a joke. We must let our voices be heard if we are ever going to see improvements in RV industry quality and service.
