Furniture Falling Apart = Appalling “Customer Service”

If I could offer 0 stars, I would offer 0 stars. This company is as garbage as their product. The "Quality" offered in their slogan, is merely a word to them. After less than 18 months a couch we purchased has begun falling apart. From start to finish this experience has been horrifying and disgusting. From Kelly, a "Customer Service Representative" (in title only I'm sure) to the Service Technician who came out to review our damage all the way to Kim Slaney, who should rethink her profession. You don't stand by your product, your "warranty" or your customers. SHAMEFUL. I will never purchase another piece of furniture from your company again. User's recommendation: Don't waste your time or money. This Company is a Joke.
