made order, March 1, 20011, saw information on line on 03/22/11 estimated shipping date, checked e-mail again 0n 3/20/11 still saw the same date, talked to someone on their chat line and was told the shipping date was 04/15/11. I called them on their customer service number and was told the manufacturer was awaiting other orders before my order could be shipped. At that time I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I was then told within 5 to 7 days I should hear something from them. I received an e-mail saying they had to check to see if the order had been shipped before I would receive my refund.
