Was to be a buy out and provided a deposit that did not go to my account. Equipment did not run properly 3 days after installed. A new thermostat was part of agreement and did not happen. Yearly visit to mai tain and contact 24/7 if needed is not available. Requested service to fix on day 3 and day 5 of equipment being in my home wirhout anyone coming to fix...just agreed to send someone. Was told energywise was in good standings and Enbridge partnership etc...all witnessed by 2 other individuals. Sent register letters to have contract revoked and letters sent back...phone numbers not available...continue to be threaten etc...sent letter to utelibill explaining mt position and have repeatively askedto have equipment removed from my home. Still want it out!! Not interested in discussing my poor service and fraudulent experience with Energywise or Utelibill ...lets take this to court PS...filed complaints with both Better Business and Ministry of Consumer Protection. Do not want to deal with individuals or company that are scammers and crooks...completely fraudulent and have kept all records...etc Thank you
