Furious with this company

I tried using this site to write a cv in january 17, i paid £1.95 for a trial of one month. As the company didn't have my email address (!)/I didnt receive their email advising that they were to start charging £14.95 pm so i didn't cancel, 14 months later I discover that theyve taken 14x14.95, they refuse to refund. Furious! Crap website also :(
