I order in april a face mask it took over a month ti be delivered, which i then said thru email i wanted to cancel it, cause i had no tracking details or replies about my order, which i couldve understand cause the pademic, but then they didnt reply and decided to send...

》 I ordered 4 face mask. One looks nothing like the one pictured. There is no mention of a substitution and the description matches what I ordered however, the mask is VERY different.
