I had placed an order on April 16th 2019, to be delivered to my Grandaughter on her birthday April 18th 2019 by 2:00pm, I just happened to check on line for the status of the order which did not have a tracking number at 12:30pm on the 18th (delivery day) so I did a live chat, I was told they were checking the status, while I am waiting for them to check I get a phone call telling me they were unable to fill my order (no explanation as to why), to say the least I was VERY UPSET and let the representative know, I told him to just cancel my order and refund my money and of course he says ok, I then went on my credit card account and disputed the charge so they will have to give me a refund sooner than they expected. I was able to find a local florist at 1:15pm that is going to make my bouquet and have it delivered by 2:30 the same day April 18th 2019. these people need to be put out of business they are crooks to say it nicely=)
