Fuel gauge not working, other warranty issues

Fuel gauge has never worked on this brand new 2019 ****, The closure on the latter on front of the boat will not close, The first time I took the boat out on the water once I reached 20 or 25 mph, it flew back and has never closed since. A 44,000.00 boat that I saved years to buy and this is what I get. God knows what will go wrong next.
