on 05/31/2021 I picked up my rental at Fort Myers airport. when I was there I specifically told the guy that I wanted the pre-pay fuel I always get this every time I rented from hertz. well when I returned the car on 06/03/2021 at the same place I picked it up it still had 1/2 tank of gas. I notice that on the receipt it stated that I was charged $9.99 per gallon for a total of $65.93 I called around 1pm on the same day as the return of the car and I was told by the lady not to worry she could fix that. well I never got a new receipt so I called again around 7pm and this time a guy told me that I was stuck with this bill even if I requested the pre-pay fuel. I don't think this is fair as it was not my fault that the guy at hertz at the airport did not follow my instructions.
