Ft. Hunt Service Center, Elkins St., Alex., VA are idiots

A potential buyer took my Volvo XC70 wagon inton Ft. Hunt Service for a look over prior to deciding wheter to buy it or not. The service group broke the oil dip stick in the process of checking it out. I'll refer to the manager as "Dip Stick". DS said he could order a replacement but the potential buyer had to pay for it. I went back the next day to get the part and DS told me it would be another day AND I may need the casing replaced. I went back the next day, and DS was surprised that I have a V70 and had ordered a part for a V90 Cross Country. THERE IS ON V90 CROSS COUNTRY. How can a foreign car mechanic not know that. The part worked. But DS complained that it wasn't his fault, I must not have had my oil changed recently, yada yada yada. I am meticulous when it comes to car maintenance. DS is an ***. If he can't manage a dip stick then I wouldn't trust him with an engine. Beware!!!!!!
