fry’s need to improve their service.

I order online to store pick up( Brokaw, rd, SJ) at May-13-2017. I got a confirm mail said really to pick up. After 2 hours I arrived store the cashier told me they don't have anyone in store. After a week May-19-2017, I call the store at Polo Alto made sure they have the product in stock, they told me still have 12. 30 minutes later I got to the store they don't have anyone. I complain to the supervisor at the cashier, she just told me to fill out a complain form at the front desk that is. I am living In San-Francisco, I have to driving 50 miles to the store got nothings, before I got confirmation to pick up, That is really frustrating. Fry's should pay attention of this kind the issue !!!
