Frustration with reaching a customer service agent to cancel an upcoming trip

Due to coronavirus, we need to cancel an upcoming travel reservation and are unable to reach ANYONE in Costco Travel to advise us of the process. Additionally, no employee at the store level is able to provide any information! I can understand the call volume is high but there is also NO information on the website to assist with cancellations online. Most travel agencies and airlines are offerring 100% reimbursement in this unfortunate situation and I find it hard to believe that Costco would think of profit in a situation like the one we are experiencing. User's recommendation: NEVER purchase costco travel packages.
