Frustration at not being able to contact a consultant

I need a consolidated statement for the 2020/ 2021 tax year. None of the telephone numbers provided on the website work so I visited a store they were not able to provide me with what I needed. They put in a request that I be contacted. The call came through but as soon as I spoke after answering, the person ended the call. I call the number but there was no appropriate option to select and no option to speak to a Consultantprobelm is not sovable. AS the consultant User's recommendation: I have no recommendation as I have not found a way to resolve the problem of finding a way to speak to Telkom's customer care or accounts department.
