Frustration and repeated disappointment about the taste and stability of your product.

Tried calling the customer service line. They don't even supply you a working number to ask questions or report problems. Fitting for the company's lack of discernment. I'm done roaming from store to store in search of the old but better "buttery" and "staple" recipe. Unfortunate. Maybe if there was enough frustration in the marketplace they would do a reversal like the Coke recipe change of 10 years ago. The difference is that Coke has better brand reputation and a responsible management that cares about its position in the marketplace. Time to "move on..." I've bought my last box of Ritz crackers.o
