Frustrating getting a phone call answered

Update by user May 04, 2021 No progress with Turo.They refuse to pay the damage claim on what was a brand new car, and retaliated against me by suspending my account and locking me out of my data.I don't know what do with these people Original review posted by user Apr 04, 2021 Since this past Wednesday, for some reason Touros customer service number is not working correctly. I have called numerous occasions every day including this morning and all the churro Customer Service never does is answer and six seconds later drops the call. No greeting is played. Theres no follow up from Touro. Im wondering if theyre overwhelmed by so many complaints and maybe their systems has crashed Since its a company that appears to rely on remote located customer service representatives and distributed hosts and vehicles, their network is probably very fragile and not well equipped at dealing with problem resolution User's recommendation: Find another for car sharing.
