Frustrated with the Premium Membership

I am a premium member and could not login. I tried to change the password. I could not change because when I enter the new password and reenter the new password, the submit button does not highlight. So could not change the password. It has been 3rd time in last 2-3 years - when I need to use it, I cannot. There is no customer service listed for calling to help.
