Frustrated with the Performance of this Bank

I recently had a transaction go through ACH. I called prior to this happening and told them I did want it to go through. The lady I spoke with was nice and professional in insured me that it was taken care of. Needless to say it wasn't and now I have been going back and fourth with Huntington Bank about putting the money back in my account. 1. If the customer did the process correctly and something went wrong on the other end customer should not be penalties. 2. Customer service should not keep blowing the customer off as if they are getting on their nerves and trying to rush them off the phone because you do not want to hear the complaint. My situation I was calm, not using profanity and really just trying to explain the situation. 3. No one should be treated like cramp and get the run around I have made it my business to call every single day. My next move I will be contacted the corporate office. At this point its about the principal in this situation you do not treat a customer like this. And they are getting ready to lose two customers because of the poor response and satisfaction of resolving this issue.
