Frustrated the customer helpline is unreachable

You have been over charging m I tried to call today and was happy n the line for 40 minutes no reply not good for a company called talk talk now considering changing my provider. So to explain why I will cut my contract within the next week it will be because your customer service is non existent . The last 4 months you have increasingly taken more money from my back outwith the agreed price that was a factor in my choosing to stay with talk talk is th anyone there. User's recommendation: Someone needs to contact me I feel that taking more money than agreed is a breach of contract on talk talk part .
