Frustrated customer!

Ordered from AMIClubwear in the past and never had any issues until now. I have purchased several items from AMIClubwear and received my order in a timely manner. I noticed that one dress was missing and instead of it they sent me a shirt. I did not like it and it was also way too small. I emailed AMIClubwear customer care and asked for an exchange. After several days of waiting I emailed again but it got me nowhere, only wasted my time. Tried to call but they did not pick up. I'm so frustrated and don't know how to reach them!
