Frustrated at terrbile service

The world has gone crazy with Corona, got it. I am an essential employee so needed masks to be able to meet requirements at work. Placed an order on 11 April because according to their site I would have my product in a little under two weeks. So I found way to make due while waiting for my order. But after 2 weeks still nothing so I reached out to customer service to see if maybe it was enroute and I had just missed the email. Nope, hadn't shipped yet, then was told I would hear something the next week about it shipping. This forced me to pay additional money to another vendor for masks since mine were now not coming in the iDEMs stated timeframe. The next week, the one where they told me i'd be seeing a shipping notice, guess what? Nothing. Contacted them again. Phones are difficult to get through and I prefer tracking so have been using email. No response. Waited a few days, sent another email except this one mentioned if I couldn't get a response I'd be looking at other ways to resolve this matter. No response but some how the very next day magically I get notice that part of my order has shipped and will be here over a month from my original order. Then got a response that " We're very sorry to keep you waiting. The wait is over, your iEDM order has shipped :) Kindly check your inbox or spam folder for the shipping notification. We know you’ll love your order - if we can help with anything else, please do reach out! We truly appreciate your patience waiting for this package to arrive. Let us know if you need anything else in the meantime!" Checked inbox again and spam folder and no there is not another email telling me about the rest of the order, checked the link they gave me and no it does not state my full order has shipped. Have reached out to customer service again, wanna guess if I've gotten a response or any part of my 77$ order.... nope. not impressed at all with this company, would not consider doing any business with them again. I have no problem being patient, but made my purchase using their timeframes and then got blown off since by their customer service when they couldn't live up to their word. User's recommendation: they cannot meet their own stated timelines, do not order if you cannot wait a month or more for a 10 day item.
