My husband purchased a ring for me which was paid in installments. I keep getting letters to say I owe $49.95 which keeps going up for reminder fees. I paid the whole amount and have bank statements to proof it. I have emailed, rang and wrote to them (on the phone and placed on hold for 2 hours). Today I received a letter to say they would put it into debt collection agency. So frustrating and they have taken all the joy out of this purchase. User's recommendation: Would not reccommend.
