fruit arrangement that was ordered as gift

placed online order of fruit arrangement as a birthday gift for 12/31/2019 for delivery on that date. Finally was deliverd on !/4/2020 When i called to track my order they said i put Delivery date for 1/31/2020. So i told them i put 12/31/2019 it finally got to the person on 1/4/2020. the wrong one was delivered so driver brought back correct one . The new one was rotten had to be thrown away. Im very upset about this sisuation was a special birthday gift . When i called to talk to someone said they could refund me 50 percent and that would be all they could do.Im not understanding why a full refund cant be done reference number [protected]
