Once I checked out this web site, I realized I am far from alone with my complaint. I had participated in surveys from Opinion Outpost in prior years and never had a single problem. The times they have changed... Last week, I spoke with one of Opinion Outpost's customer service reps assured me that she would "escalate" my problem in her database and told me to call back in three (3) days to receive a resolution. Since then, I am unable to reach a live person. I have left two (2) voicemails to no avail.
