i have bought many products as we love olaf we bought from toys r us and the shelf was full we bought one brought it home didnt work and changed batteries in it plays music and lights up but no singing took it back said all the olaf returns were the same wondering if you can help why ? we continue to buy your products and very happy but this we were not happy as our son has special needs and loves the interaction with the music please advise if you can send us another we will pay thanks Merry xmas and happy new year be safe bar code 86144 3****
