Frontier changed flight and won’t issue a refund

Frontier changed my flight from 5pm to 6am on the same day. I am unable to make a 6am flight (which is why I booked a 5pm flight). The airline will not refund my ticket fee and will only issue a credit, after I pay a change fee! User's recommendation: Avoid Frontier.
