Where to start? What a terrible little insulation install company this is! I did some contract work for them and I sure regret it! They play so many games with their amateurish contract it makes my head spin. They claim we are independent contractors but they are in obvious violation of many state and federal laws for contractors vs. employees. They pay late even though I have sent them all of the work summaries and leads I provided (we were assigned to Ace stores in Denver and Colorado Springs, CO to gather appointments for them). BTW, 3 of those stores are owned by Kirby and Nick Kuklenski who appear to have not done much checking on FRI's business practices. Nick and Kirby enable FRI to carry on the way they do. The bottom line is that they owe me money and are refusing to pay. I also heard from a customer that their bidding people were rude to her! Never do business with this company! They do not operate within various state and federal labor requirements!
