Took my truck for an alignment hoping for good service as we are sister companies and they are new in town. Had to take it back 3 times once it was pulling to the right next pulling to left and steering wheel was way off center. Asked to speak to Mike, he no longer works here. Requested refund and Josh said let me have 1 more chance. So took it to Josh and received a call stating my truck needed $1000 worth of front end work. Told him I know its fine I do mechanical work but don't have an alignment machine. Josh proceeded to tell me I don't know what I'm talking about. Told him don't touch my truck and he hung up on me. User's recommendation: stay far away from Hanover Pa store.
