Front desk Clerk refusing to remove brick that the door keeps slamming against here in grand rapids Michigan

The rear door was being held open by a brick, I called the front desk twice to report this. Both times, I was asked to remove the brick. I do not work here. In addition to this, I was asked if I wanted to move to another room, because its probably a guess. All guess has electronic keys I thought. This also, goes to the safety of hotel guess.
