Dear Madam or Sir, i am writing to you from Azerbaijan about a fridge freezer I bought 10 months ago from the official distributor of Bosch in Azerbaijan (Optimal). The fridge has since its purchase worked with a lot of noise, the noise is engine noise, very much similar to that of a car engine. The noise is unbearable at nights. I have called the Bosch Service in Azerbaijan in, but they keep saying that they cannot do anything. I would appreciate it if you could dediate attention to this matter.
