Freezer burned ice cream

I got a very expensive pint of Ben and Jerrys ice cream and to my surprise the ice cream was freezer burned all the way through. I don't write reviews but only in a blue moon. However, I was very upset because I love quick check and I think they would like to know to keep the store the way we all love.
