Freeman New York sucks

If you are an exhibitor, be very careful when using Freeman New York. They will not accept blame for anything their workers screw up. They cost me $7,000 at my last show because their drayage crew didn't follow procedures and therefor, gave my exhibit properties to the wrong shipping company. Freeman New York states that since the items were eventually recovered, I have no grounds for a claim. Even though I had to rent a booth for my next show, pay drivers who couldn't pick up my stuff because another company was given my booth, pay I&D crew for a booth that couldn't be set up because it was M.I.A. The worker at Freeman New York who screwed it all up, told his employer that my company must've hired two trucks and forgot. I wish I could fly him down here and take $7,000 out of his ***.
