They kept dragging my loan out for months attempting to cause me to lose the rate they originally quoted. They would wait weeks then ask for some more arbitrary information to cause time to draw out while rates increased. They were dishonest and misleading. They also delayed paying off my previous mortgage on time causing me to be late for the first time ever and damaging my credit score through no fault of my own. Do not use this company. This company is inefficient, incompetent, dishonest and definitely not interested in taking care of the customer. When I complained they were completely disinterested in hearing my concerns. They are the epitome of the greedy lender. And I have excellent credit and employment.
