Free trial bottle of viaxin

I received my "free" trial bottle of Viaxin by only paying the postage, ($.99 one day, Aug. 18, 2016 and $4.99 the next day, Aug. 19, 2016), and now I have been trying to contact ENUTRA to cancel any further orders. There was nothing enclosed with the "free" bottle as far as any shipping invoice. As far as doing a cancellation, no one answers the phone. I've not gotten through to a person in the past ten (10) days and just today (Sep. 2, 2016) got a real person. The customer service person told me that the computer system was down and that she would have to call me back. This computer problem only occurred when I said that my debit card had been charged $89.99, Sep. 01, 2016, and I did not authorize this. The payment is pending and I feel that this was seen on the computer by the customer service person and I won't be called back, if at all, until the payment clears. This is clearly fraudulent intent and I will pursue this because I am in the middle of a financial situation due to the death of a family member. I need my money back and I need to know how to send my "free" bottle back, unopened of course. Some people and businesses have no code of ethics.
