On 8 dec. 2017 I foolishly ordered two free samples of your products expecting to pay postage only. On 22 dec. I found that this company had taken an unauthorised $143:69 from my account. At this time no product had arrived. I had to cancel my account immediately to prevent the theft of further cash from my account. Repeated requests for a refund where denied. Eventually the product arrived for which I refused delivery. I find now that I am one of hundreds of people ripped off by this company. How can they remain in business?
